Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Vimub platform (“Service”) operated by Quantum AI WebApps Digital LLC (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to bind the organization you represent. The Service is intended for use by businesses and not for personal, family or household use.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@vimub.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your billing dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided in accordance with applicable consumer law and our refund policy linked in your dashboard.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to (a) use the Service to send spam, malware, or unlawful communications; (b) probe or test the vulnerability of the Service without prior written consent; (c) reverse-engineer the Service or extract its underlying source code; or (d) use the Service to violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights.

5. Customer data and content

You retain ownership of any data, reviews, customer records, or other content you submit to the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process and display Customer Data solely as required to operate and improve the Service. We do not sell Customer Data and we do not use it to train external machine-learning models without your explicit consent.

6. AI-generated output

The Service uses third-party large language models to draft responses, emails, and other text. You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated output before publishing it. We do not warrant that AI-generated output is accurate, free from bias, or suitable for any particular purpose.

7. Third-party integrations

The Service connects to third-party platforms such as Google Business Profile, Stripe, Twilio, SendGrid, and others. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or data handling practices of third parties.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or fail to pay fees when due. On termination we will provide you with a reasonable opportunity to export your Customer Data before deletion.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the fees you paid us during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold us harmless from third-party claims arising from (a) your Customer Data, (b) your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or the dashboard at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Quantum AI WebApps Digital LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. The exclusive forum for disputes will be the courts of that jurisdiction.
